Dr. Anita Sethi is an MBBS Graduate from MAMC, Delhi University and completed her MD (Ophthalmology), Dr Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences. She is currently working as the Director of Ophthalmology in Fortis Memorial Research Institute and has a rich experience of more than 20 years to her credit. She has vast experience in the field of eye surgery and believes in delivering comprehensive eye care to the patients. She is proficient in Lasik Surgery, Phaco Eye Surgery, Refractive surgery, Ptosis & other Oculoplastic Surgery, Cornea treatment and Cataract treatment. Currently, she is working with the latest advances in Dry Eye Therapy and Plaque Brachytherapy for Retinoblastoma.

Apart from routine clinical work, she was also involved in various teaching programmes for the DNB students and has been the Guide and Co-guide for students for their theses.

Oculoplasty Consultant As Consultant in Oculoplasty, she managed and treated a variety of conditions namely ptosis, blepharoplasty, eyelid position corrections, canalicular & eyelid repair, orbitotomies, DCR, epicanthal fold corrections, cyst & tumour excisions, socket reconstructions and enucleation/ evisceration.

Dr. Sethi is a member of the Executive of the Delhi Ophthalmological Society. She is actively involved all the society activities including taking lectures and chairing sessions at the annual conferences and participating in various training programmes under DOST. She as made many contributions to the monthly newsletter (DOS Times) and was Associate Editor of DOS Times from April 2005 to 2007.

Dr Sethi is an active member of the All India Ophthalmological Society for the last 15 years. She has regularly conducted instruction Courses in the Annual Conference and chaired and co-chaired numerous sessions in Phaco and Oculoplasty. 

• Oculoplastic Association of India

Dr. Sethi was the organizing secretary of the Oculoplasty Panorama, the 19th Annual conference of the Oculoplastic Association of India, held at Artemis Health Institute from Dec 5th-8th 2008. Presently serving as Joint Secretary, Oculoplastic Association of India.
