Dr. Harnarayan Singh started his medical training at the University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi University in 2000, and finished his MBBS in 2005. He initially completed his MS, General surgery and then pursued super-speciality training in Neurosurgery at the institute. The Neurosurgical Department at PGIMER, Chandigarh is a leading institute for
